Washington State University - Mooberry Track

D.A. Hogan & Associates was the prime consultant for the Mooberry Track & Field renovation at Washington State University. The renovation included a two phase plan to upgrade the facility in preparation for the 2014 PAC 12 Championship Meet. Phase I of the project included utility replacements and storm water improvements including an interior slotted drain. New communication conduits and boxes were added for the track and field event areas for timing and meet management system. The north D area was reconstructed with new pole vault and long jump & triple jump facilities. The existing track surfacing was also improved with the addition of an embedded EPDM top coat. Phase II of the project included removal and replacement of the south D area used for high jump, javelin, and shot put. A new automatic irrigation system was added on the infield area included along with a storm water detention system. The EPDM top coat was encapsulated with new structural spray coats.
