Permitting Services
D.A. Hogan & Associates has experience with permitting documents and permitting coordination for athletic field projects. This includes preparing environmental checklists and storm drainage hydrograph analysis and runoff rate calculations. Through our extensive experience with vertically draining field systems, we model the subsurface drainage and storm water systems to reduce peak discharge rates from these areas. This minimizes and frequently eliminates the need for storm drainage detention systems that can be costly and reduce the amount of useable area available for meeting programming needs.
Sensitive Drainage Expertise
D.A. Hogan & Associates has also completed a number of field projects in sensitive drainage areas. We also have experience with filter strips, biofiltration swales, and wet ponds for water quality control when nutrient treatment is required from natural turf field areas, as well as permit assistance utilizing water quality data and issues associated with SBR rubber infill materials and sucessfully completed synthetic turf field projects adjacent to sensitive areas, creeks, & streams.
