Otay Ranch High School

D.A. Hogan was the field & track design consultant for Lord Architecture and the Sweetwater Union High School District on the athletic field replacement and track and field event resurfacing project at Otay Ranch High School. This project included removal of the existing synthetic turf, repair on the existing edge anchor, new infilled synthetic turf surfacing with midfield logo and markings for football, soccer, lacrosse and field hockey. Other field improvements included installing a spray system for cooling the field surface and replacement of the goal posts. The track and field event areas were pressure washed and received a new polyurethane layer to the existing surface. The track was striped and certified for competition use.
