Bannerwood Park-City of Bellevue and Seattle University
Through a collaborative effort with Seattle University and the City of Bellevue Parks, Bannerwood Park is a shared baseball facility for Seattle University’s baseball program as well as the community. D.A. Hogan played a leading role in site planning including the schematic design concepts for the field improvement options and schematic/conceptual design of storm drainage infrastructure improvements and modifications. D.A. Hogan was retained on the subsequent phases which included design development through construction. The baseball stadium renovation included removing the natural grass infield and replacing it with infilled synthetic turf, perimeter circulation and drainage improvements. The project also included improvements to the batting cages, pitcher’s warm-up areas and backstops.
